A look at offshore wind development and impacted fisheries

Thesis: How can Offshore Wind and Fisheries co-exist in the United States? We will explore engineering options to minimize the impact of offshore wind farms on affected fisheries and migratory species of concern.

Background: A survey of global technologies and negotiated agreements will be conducted. What could be negotiated if one person from each group had authority to negotite a settlement? We will seek the facts available to each and present their arguments - in serch of a solution where Wind and Fisheries and Wildlife can prosper.
